T-SHaRE Standards and Guidelines for Practice and Training is the main outcome of the cooperation of nine partners from five European countries (Italy, Portugal, France, Slovenia and Norway), within the project "T-SHaRE - Transcultural Skills for Health and CaRE", a LLP - Leonardo da Vinci Multilateral Projects for Development of Innovation project (November 2009 - April 2012). This work arises from the evidence that the migrants and ethnic minority members presently do not receive the health care that best responds to their needs.
